Pempty House accepts requests from customers when opening an online shop.
The requested product will be uploaded to the online shop as a requested product.
Requests will continue to be accepted even after the online shop opens. Please use it.

The request method is as follows.

・ Enter your name and email address ・ Enter “Net Shop Request” in the subject line ・ Enter the color, shape, material, etc. in the message field as easily as possible.

* You can attach a photo from your email address.

③ Requests are also accepted at the store.

・ Please tell the clerk that you have requested an online shop.
・ Specify your name and email address on the form. ・ Present the product to the clerk. Or please tell us the color, shape, material, etc.

Precautions

* Requests are limited to those that were lined up at the store and those that may have been lined up.
* We may not be able to respond to your request.
* There is no reservation or reserve system for requested items.
* Requests are made only by listening to the request.
